I get such a lot of nice emails from people, that I thought I’d share a few with you. I love getting them, and I do answer every one, it may take a little time, but I get there in the end! Please keep writing. Also people send me photos of where the paintings end up (ie where they are hung in their houses), which I love too.
EMAILS:
Was really lovely meeting you - your work is beautiful (and v funny) Vicki Psarias (film maker, London)

(Director The Lingerie Diet, New York)
It was really good to see you and your family earlier today at the Hawthorn when I came to pick up "stage fright". It is now up on the wall and looks really good alongside our piano and the picture of my father in law as a music hall chairman. I look forward to seeing how your painting develop for your next exhibition.
Best wishes
Steve
Dear Angela,
Just dropping in to say Hi. I purchased some of your cards this summer in a darling shop in Chester, Connecticut. My favorite -"Nice cupcakes! Happy Birthday!" Fortunately I bought four of that one because it seems to be appropriate for so many of my friends and family, and I can keep one of them for myself.
Hope you continue to have great success and I look forward to my next visit to Chester to see your new creations.
Lynne Rockledge, Florida
I love the paintings , am rather blown away by what I have just seen. Nigel Brookes
Thanks for the painting 'Making a grand entrance', my wife loves it and we can't wait to collect it from Ian. We also bought Hubble Bubble a while back and it takes pride of place in our front room, loads of guest have commented on how it great it is.
Thanks for taking on my commission piece earlier on in the year and I fully understand why it was not completed. I think this sets you apart from other artists who just produce pictures on mass or on request. It shows you put thought and love into what you paint. Phil R

We have just got back from a trip to New York on the Queen Mary 2 . On the ship they have Art auctions of very famous artists work ; very expensive . Anyway we got talking to the art director who by the way collects art and really knew her stuff. She asked us who was our favourite artist we of course said you - so she went on to your web site to look at your work and she loved it. She said it was the kind of art she would collect - so original She asked if we were interested in selling any of the paintings we have of yours No chance . What a compliment for you and your work

Angela - thanks so much for the lovely tag you did to go with our original painting - it really made the gift and Ian had framed it beautifully so all in all I was absolutely thrilled with it!!
I look at your work and think its just so ‘flowing’ and witty! Lorrie
Your pictures remind me of films and TV programmes from the 1940’s when soldiers came home from the war and certain ladies were throwing themselves at them, I believe it was called khaki fever! Philip
Just to let you know that Daphne (and her performing blue tits) is now sitting above our bed at home looking fabulous! We got her last night and were putting her up at 1am this morning! Alan keeps referring to her as ‘Patricia’ (as it rhymes with ‘stripper’!) but I’m trying to drum it into him that she’s far too posh and refined to do that!! Ellie
Hi Angela
Thank you for doing a great piece of art, it looks superb & a strong piece of work, I love the White Rose York, along with the spire over the hill & of course the poppies. I hope you enjoyed painting it, as much I have seeing it for the first time. Jon W
Dear Angela, I absolutely love the style of your work; the paintings in particular are unique, very well executed, amusing and quirky. Jasmine
